★ Brasserie Harricana PLATEAU This massive brewpub is right near Marché Jean-Talon (p 89) and the Mile-Ex and Little Italy neighborhoods. It boasts some 40 beers on taps, with about ten house labels and the rest from throughout Québec. There are also rums, bourbons, and ciders on tap and a lunch and dinner food menu that includes a so-called “poutine bun”: fries, cheese curds, and gravy in a hot dog bun.
